1. Introduction

Welcome to the WOWBET Partners Affiliate Program. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the WOWBET affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Definitions

• "Company" refers to WOWBET and its affiliated entities.
• "Affiliate" refers to any individual or entity accepted into the WOWBET Partners program.
• "Player" refers to any user who registers on WOWBET through an affiliate's referral link.
• "Commission" refers to the payment earned by the affiliate based on referred player activity.
• "Sub-Affiliate" refers to an affiliate recruited by another affiliate.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the WOWBET Partners Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• Not be a resident of a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling promotion is prohibited.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding online gambling and advertising.

4. Commission Structure

WOWBET Partners offers the following commission models:

• Revenue Share: Earn 35%–50% of the net revenue generated by your referred players.
• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition): Earn a fixed amount ($5–$50) for each qualifying player you refer.
• Hybrid: A combination of Revenue Share and CPA, tailored to your performance.
• Sub-Affiliate Commission: Earn up to 10% commission from affiliates you refer to the program.

Commission rates may vary based on performance, traffic quality, and geographic region. The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed monthly, within 15 business days after the end of each calendar month.
• Minimum payout threshold is $50 (or equivalent in local currency).
• Available payment methods include bank transfer, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency.
• The affiliate is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with received payments.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold payments if fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote WOWBET in an ethical and legal manner.
• Not use spam, misleading advertising, or deceptive practices.
• Not bid on WOWBET branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior approval.
• Not create fake accounts or generate fraudulent traffic.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law.
• Use only approved marketing materials provided by WOWBET.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Using any form of incentivized traffic (cashback, bonus abuse, etc.) without approval.
• Targeting underage users or promoting gambling to minors.
• Using cookie stuffing, adware, or malware to generate referrals.
• Promoting WOWBET in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Creating websites or content that impersonates WOWBET.

8. Intellectual Property

All WOWBET trademarks, logos, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of the Company. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved materials solely for the purpose of promoting WOWBET. This license is revocable at any time.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination:

• All pending commissions will be paid out if no violations are found.
• The affiliate must immediately cease using all WOWBET marketing materials.
• The affiliate must remove all WOWBET links from their properties.
• The Company reserves the right to withhold commissions if violations are discovered.

10. Limitation of Liability

WOWBET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the affiliate program. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the affiliate in the preceding 3 months.

11. Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
